Abstract

Objetivo: Evaluar los valores de resistencia de unión al microcizallamiento de cerámicas de disilicato de litio con adhesivos autograbables de 1 paso. Materiales y métodos: El estudio fue experimental (in vitro), la muestra estuvo conformada por 20 discos cerámicos IPS Emax 2 (Ivoclar Vivadent, Liechtenstein, Suiza) 10 maquinadas (realizadas en CAD CAM) y 10 infiltradas (realizadas mediante fundición sobre un molde), que fueron colocadas en tubos de policloruro de vinilo (PVC). Las variables fueron: adhesivos, cerámicas de disilicato de litio y microcizallamiento. Se realizó un análisis descriptivo mediante la obtención de los promedios de resistencia de unión de cada uno de los grupos, luego se evaluó la normalidad de los datos mediante la prueba de Shapiro Wilks, y la diferencia estadística se midió con la prueba de Tukey. Resultados: Grupo 1 obtuvo como media los valores de resistencia de unión 14.23 ± 4.60 Mpa. Grupo 2 el valor de 11.06 ± 2.06 MPa. Grupo 3, el valor de 15.72 ± 4.40 MPa. Grupo 4, el valor de 26.48 ± 5.74 MPa. Conclusiones: El adhesivo con glutaraldehído en su composición presentó mejores valores de resistencia de unión al microcizallamiento en cerámicas de disilicato de litio maquinadas e infiltradas.
