Estudio cuantitativo del vectocardiograma del adulto normal del nivel del mar (sistema de Frank)

Abstract

Se ha estudiado el vectocardiograma normal registrado con el sistema de Frank en 222 adultos normales de ambos sexos, nacidos y residentes en poblaciones cercanas al nivel del mar, de edades comprendidas entre los 15 y los 60 años. Este estudio analiza cualitativa y cuantitativamente el vectocardiograma de QRS en los planos horizontal, Sagital y Frontal. Desde el punto de vista cualitativo se describe tipos morfológicos para cada uno de los planos. Desde el punto de vista cuantitativo se analiza estadísticamente tanto el área y la duración del trazado como la orientación, voltaje y tiempo de inscripción de los vectores que lo constituyen. Se ha estudiado también algunos vectores espaciales. El vectocardiograma de T ha sido estudiado en forma parcial. No se ha estudiado el Vectocardiograma de P.
