Introducción: La calidad de vida relacionada a la salud oral (CVRSO), es un término muy complejo dado todo lo que abarca, es por ello que mediante este portafolio se tratarán conceptos, estudios, artículos donde se demostrara cuál es su aplicación, también como se mide y los resultados que aportan a la investigación. Desarrollo temático: Se han elaborado 3 trabajos: Silabo, Revisión de Literatura estomatológica y Proyecto de Investigación. Conclusiones: El silabo nos permite abordar temas de manera más estructurada con el fin de que sea de mejor entendimiento para los estudiantes. El poder realizar un análisis critico de literatura nos permitirá discernir la calidad de cada artículo científico que podamos leer. Con este proyecto de investigación se quiere identificar si existe una asociación entre la CVRSO y la necesidad de tratamiento ortodóncico en pacientes con discapacidad física.

Introduction: Quality of life related to oral health (QOLROH), is a very complex term given everything it encompasses, that is why this portfolio will deal with concepts, studies, articles where its application will be demonstrated as well as how it is measured and the outcomes that contribute to the research. Thematic development: Three papers have been prepared: Syllabus, Review of stomatological literatura and a Research Project. Conclusions: This syllabus allows us to addres topics in a more structured way so that students can understand better. Being able to carry out a critical análisis of literature will allow us to discern the quality of each scientific paper or article that we can read. With this research Project we want to determine if there is an association between the QOLROH and the orthodontic treatment need in patients with physical disabilities.
