Comparación de la resistencia de unión de diferentes agentes resinosos fotoactivados entre superficies cerámicas de disilicato de litio y esmalte bovino

Abstract

Objetivo: El presente estudio busca comparar la resistencia de unión de cerámica "IPS e.max PRESS" (Ivoclar-Vivadent, Alemania) y dientes bovinos, unidos por tres diferentes agentes resinosos disponibles en el mercado peruano, estos son: "Adper Single Bond 2"(3M-ESPE, Colombia) con "Filtek Z350XT flow" (3M-ESPE, Colombia), grupo 1; Ambar(FGM, Brasil) con Opalliz flow (FGM, Brasil), grupo 2; y "One-Step" (Bisco, EEUU) y "Porcelain Bonding Resin" (Bisco, EEUU) con "Choice 2" (Bisco, EEUU), grupo 3. Materiales y métodos: 33 pastillas de 2x4mm se confeccionaron a partir de "IPS e.max PRESS" que luego fueron unidas por uno de los tres agentes resinosos estudiados a una superficie plana de esmalte dental bovino fijado en acrílico; estas se rotularon y agruparon en partes iguales según el agente resinoso a utilizado para adherir las superficies según cada fabricante; siete días después de la adhesión se realizó un termociclado de 500 ciclos a las muestras, y 24 horas después se realizó el ensayo de resistencia al cizallamiento para determinar la resistencia de unión de cada muestra. Finalmente las muestras se observaron por un estereoscopio para determinar el tipo de falla. Resultados: Los resultados indicaron que los valores promedio más altos de resistencia de unión se obtuvieron por el grupo 2, y los más bajos por el grupo 1; se aplicó la prueba de PostHoc para encontrar diferencia entre los valores promedio, sin embargo solo se obtuvieron diferencias significativas (p<0.05) al comparar el grupo 2 con el grupo 1. Conclusiones: "Opalliz flow" y "Ambar" obtuvieron los valores promedio de resistencia de unión más altos; la diferencia solo fue significativa comparado a "Adper Single Bond 2" y "Filtek Z350XT flow".
