Analgesia postoperatoria con bloqueo del grupo de nervios pericapsulares (PENG) versus bloqueo femoral ecoguiado en pacientes intervenidas para artroplastia de cadera

Abstract

El bloqueo del grupo de nervios pericapsulares (PENG) Y bloque del nervio femoral ecoguiado por ecografía son técnicas para manejo de dolor en el postoperatorio de artroplastia de cadera, sus beneficios menor estancia hospitalaria, disminución de consumo de opioides y sus efectos adversos. Este estudio es observacional analítico comparativo. Su objetivo es comparar la analgesia postoperatoria con bloqueo PENG versus el bloqueo femoral ecoguiado en pacientes intervenidas para artroplastia de cadera en el Hospital Cayetano Heredia en el año 2022- 2023. La población está conformada por las pacientes intervenidas quirúrgicamente a artroplastia parcial o total de cadera en el periodo de agosto del 2022 a julio del 2023. Se conformará dos grupos: Grupo de bloqueo PENG y grupo de bloqueo femoral. La recolección de datos se hará de fuentes primarias de información. Los resultados a obtenerse respecto a la analgesia postoperatoria en dichos grupos de estudio serán comparados por la prueba Chi cuadrado.
