External ophthalmomyiasis is an infestation formed by Oestrus ovis often in farmers and shepherds in rural areas. The presence of motile larvae in biomicroscopic examination is guidance for diagnosis. These larvae in conjunctiva do not progress from first stage Oestrius ovis larva form and die spontanoeously. The eye irritation will not regress with the death of larvae, therefore removing larvae from the conjunctiva is essential. In this report, 2 different cases with external ophthamomiyasis are presented
