Abstract

La alcaldía de Bucaramanga preocupada por los anhelos nacionales de realizar un cambio institucional en Colombia, resolvió convocar a los estudiosos de Derecho a un foro sobre la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente.

The Bucaramanga mayor's office, concerned about the national desires to carry out an institutional change in Colombia, decided to convene law scholars to a forum on the National Constituent Assembly.
