Abstract

The theme that serves as the title of this brief essay, offers —in our opinion— an outstanding importance within Criminal Law, an area where we operate with more dedication and commitment than scientific background, by virtue of the fact that after five years of validity of the punitive statute that was issued through Decree No. 100 of 1980, even today the modality of attack against the "Economic Patrimony" that in our environment is distinguished with the vernacular expression of "Raponazo", presents the interpreter with many shocks and doubts when it comes to exhausting the typical adaptation process.
