Las disposiciones tributarias aprobdas por el congreso nacional, introducen importantes medidas tendientes a contrarrestar la evasión y elusión fiscal, fortaleciendo el recaudo mediante la previsión de incentivos como las amnistías de intereses, de investigaciones y ñiquidaciones, de recursos, sanciones y la patrimonial, aspectos de la reforma ampliamente analizados y cuyos criterios se han expuesto en los diversos medios de información existentes en el país.

The tax provisions approved by the national congress introduce important measures to counteract tax evasion and avoidance, strengthening collection through the provision of incentives such as amnesties of interest, investigations and liquidations, resources, sanctions and assets, aspects of the reform widely analyzed and whose criteria have been exposed in the various information media in the country.
