El valor agregado o valor añadido es aquel valor económico adicional o extra que adquiere un bien o servicio cuando se transforma durante el proceso de producción. Conocer su cálculo nos facilitaría tomar mejores decisiones para estimar los costos-beneficios, la productividad y la optimización de los recursos disponibles.
