Finans sektöründe moralite

Abstract

In the increasingly difficult financial sector, it is necessary to work hard, to make a lot of effort and to spend a lot of time in order to compete. In order to be successful in the finance sector, every way is way past, morality and ethics are more prominent in the financial sector than its understanding. Target pressure or success ambition leads to unethical consequences. At this point, besides the conscientious and moral positions of the employees, the control mechanisms have a great role. Therefore, companies in the financial sector need to carry their perspectives towards their employees more humanely and to serve their employees in a self-sacrificing sense of belonging and ethical framework. In this study, in Turkey, the necessity and importance of morale is emphasized and the corruption in the financial market in our country is explained with data. In this study, the concept of morality has been discussed in a theoretical framework and the necessity and importance for the enterprises have been put forward. In this context, the main issues highlighted in the mission and visions of banks, which are the most important players of these financial markets, were evaluated in terms of business and social values and in terms of conformity with the basic values.
