Bu çal ma üniversitede ara t rma görevlisi olmad halde lisansüstü e itim yapan bireylerin kar la m olduklar sorunlar belirlemek amac yla yap lm bir durum belirlemesidir. Ara t rman n örneklemini Bal kesir Üniversitesi ve Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi olu turmaktad r. Ara t rma modeli olarak nitel ara t rma metodu seçilmi tir. Veriler nitel ara t rma yöntemlerinden görü me ve aç k uçlu sorular kullan larak elde edilmi tir. Toplanan veriler etiketlenerek anlamland r lm , yüzde oranlar belirlenmi tir. Veriler grupland r larak sunulmu tur. Elde edilen sonuçlar do rultusunda çözüm önerileri sunulmu tur.

This research has atempted to figüre out the problems and troubles vvhich the masters degree students vvho are not academic staff. Bal kesir University and Dokuz Eylül University are used as sample data finding places. Qualitative researching is chosen as the research model in this work. Datas are taken out by intervievvs and open-ended questions of the qualitative research methods. Calculated datas have been labeled and taken out percentages. Datas are classified into different groups. Then the solutions are presented according to the results of evaluation.
