Abstract

La investigación titulada: “Percepción del Clima organizacional del personal de seguridad en el establecimiento penitenciario de Chincha del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario, 2015”, tuvo como objetivo general: Describir la percepción del clima organizacional en el establecimiento penitenciario de Chincha del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario, 2015. El estudio de investigación es de tipo descriptiva, se realizó con el diseño descriptivo simple, el método utilizado fue descriptivo, la población de estudio estuvo conformada por 197 funcionarios de seguridad y una muestra de 155, para la recopilación de datos se utilizó el cuestionario de clima organizacional diseñado por el MINSA (2011 ). Los resultados del potencial humano que predomina es 58% por mejorar, respecto al diseño organizacional el 57% por mejorar, finalmente en relación a la cultura organizacional indica el 59% es saludable, el clima organizacional según la percepción del personal de seguridad en el establecimiento penitenciario de Chincha del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario es considerada saludable. En consecuencia, el nivel de percepción del clima organizacional predomina el nivel saludable en un 75%.
