Abstract

En la presente investigación se tuvo como objetivo comprobar si el programa Misalud influye en la alimentación saludable de las familias del comedor popular Santísimo Salvador Las Palmas del distrito de Pachacamac, 2020. Para el desarrollo del estudio se utilizó una metodología del enfoque cuantitativo, investigación de tipo aplicada, diseño pre-experimental; donde se tuvo la participación de 30 madres del comedor popular Santísimo Salvador Las Palmas del distrito de Pachacamac en el año 2020. La recolección de datos se realizó utilizando como instrumento el Cuestionario de Alimentación saludable, el cual fue adaptado a la población de estudio. Se concluyó que el programa Misalud permite mejorar de manera significativa (z=-4,628 y p= ,000) la alimentación saludable de las familias del comedor popular Santísimo Salvador Las Palmas del distrito de Pachacamac, 2020.
