Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como finalidad conocer los Efectos de un programa cognitivo conductual en las actitudes sexistas en una muestra de 36 estudiantes de nivel secundario de una institución educativa de Trujillo, las participantes se dividieron en dos grupos (experimental y control), al grupo experimental se le aplicó un programa de intervención psicológica basado en técnicas cognitivo - conductuales; y grupo control, a quienes no se les aplicó ninguna intervención. El diseño de investigación es cuasi experimental. Los resultados reportan en el pre y post test del grupo experimental la presencia de diferencias estadísticamente significativas (p<.05), con un valor en la media que se reduce luego de haber ejecutado el programa, de forma específica se identificó diferencias estadísticamente significativas (p<.05) en las puntuaciones del pre y post test del grupo experimental para el sexismo hostil, con una notable disminución en la media, evidenciada posterior a la ejecución del abordaje, de igual manera se identificó diferencias estadísticamente significativas (p<.05) en las puntuaciones comparadas del pre y post test del grupo experimental para la dimensión sexismo benevolente, con un valor en la media que reduce después de la ejecución del programa
