Abstract

La investigación titulada: “Factores laborales y satisfacción del personal de laboratorio, Hospital Sergio Bernales, Comas, 2016” cuyo objetivo fue: determinar la influencia entre los factores laborales y la satisfacción del personal de laboratorio, Hospital Sergio Bernales, Comas, 2016. Es de tipo básica y de naturaleza descriptiva, el diseño fue no experimental correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 93 trabajadores del servicio de laboratorio del Hospital Sergio Bernales, Comas. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta con cuestionario tipo escala de Likert para la variable factores laborales y satisfacción del personal Finalmente, La situación laboral se relaciona significativamente con la satisfacción del personal de laboratorio Hospital Sergio Bernales Comas 2016, según la correlación de Chi-cuadrado de Pearson 53.948ª con un p=0.000 (p < .05), con el cual se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula. Por lo tanto, se confirma que existe una asociación entre la situación laboral y la satisfacción del personal de laboratorio, Hospital Sergio Bernales, Comas, 2016.
