Síndrome de agotamiento profesional y satisfacción laboral de los Centros de Emergencia Mujer Lima Cercado - 2017

Abstract

La pretensión de la investigación fue el determinar la relación que existe entre el Síndrome de agotamiento profesional y Satisfacción Laboral de los Centros de Emergencia Mujer Lima Cercado – 2017. Resulta necesario tener una percepción de los trabajadores que laboran en los centros de emergencia mujer, realizando intervención y prevención en hechos de violencia familiar y sexual y cómo repercute en su vida cotidiana y cómo influye en su trabajo, la presión o stress de la carga emocional que manejan en los casos atendidos. La delineación de la investigación utilizada es descriptiva, correlacional, no experimental. La muestra estuvo constituida por un grupo de 65 profesionales de ocho centros de emergencia del cercado de Lima, se utilizó para la recolección de datos dos encuestas destinadas a obtener información sobre el Síndrome de agotamiento profesional y Satisfacción Laboral. Los hallazgos indicaron que existen diferencias significativas entre la variable síndrome de agotamiento profesional muestra una concomitancia directa y moderada con la segunda variable satisfacción laboral, según la correlación de Spearman de 0,495, con una significancia del 0,000 siendo menor al 0.05 y de esta manera se acepta la hipótesis principal.
