Mejora del procedimiento de eliminación de barreras burocráticas a cargo del INDECOPI

Abstract

Evalúa el grado de suficiencia de las facultades asignadas a la comisión y mide el nivel de dinamismo del procedimiento mediante la revisión de la normatividad legal aplicable, bibliografía, la jurisprudencia emitida por la Sala Especializada en Defensa de la Competencia del INDECOPI y denuncias por imposición de barreras burocráticas. Como resultado se tiene que las facultades asignadas a la comisión son insuficientes y el procedimiento carece de dinamismo; por lo que para fortalecer las facultades de la comisión se vienen proponiendo determinadas modificaciones legales.
