Abstract

Türk sağlık sistemi içerisindeki birçok sorunun örgütsel olduğu bilinen bir gerçektir. Bu nedenle, sağlık hizmetlerinin daha iyi yürütülebilmesi, bu sorunların çözümlenebilmesine bağlıdır. Sağlık hizmetlerinin daha nitelikli bir şekilde icra edilebilmesi, etkinliğin ve verimliliğin üst düzeyde tutulabilmesi de ancak iyi bir şekilde işleyen örgütsel yapıya sahip olabilmesine bağlıdır.Sağlık alanında büyük ilerlemeler kaydeden çağımız gelişmiş toplumu artık daha fazla sağlık bilincine kavuşmuş ve sağlığı tehlikeye sokan ciddi bir problemle karşı karşıya kalan hasta, sağlık kuruluşu seçiminde daha etkin bir role sahiptir. İnsanlar artık iletişim ve bilişim imkânlarını kullanabilmekte ve kendi sağlıkları ile ilgili en doğru seçimi aktif olarak yapabilmektedirler.Hastaların hastane seçimlerini etkileyen faktörlerin sağlık sektörü açısından tespit edilmesi ve tespit edilen aksaklıkların giderilmesi açısından gerekli iyileştirmelerin hastane yönetimleri tarafından yerine getirilmesinde yarar vardır. Bu amaçla yapılan araştırma Ankara ilinde büyük ölçekte hizmet sunan hastanelerde sağlık hizmeti alan hastaların görüşlerinden hareket edilerek hastaların hastane seçimi etkileyen değişkenlerin belirlenerek, bunların yönetim disiplini açısından değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Anahtar kelimeler: Hasta Seçimi, Sağlık Hizmetleri, Hastane, Hastane Yönetimi

It is a very well-known fact that many problems in Turkish health care system is Organizational. Therefore, better execution of health services depends on solving these problems. Performing of health servıces in a more qualified way, keepıng the effectıveness and effıciency on a high level only depend on well-functioning organizational structure.Our well-developed society which has great progress in health field, now is more health-conscious and when facing with a problem threatening their health, has a more efficient role in choosing health care provider. Now people can use the comfort of communication and ıt and are able to make the right decisions concerning their health.Identifying the factors of patients choice of the right hospital by the health sector and solving the issues by hospital management is beneficial.The large scale of survey made for this purpose, aimed at determining the variables that influence the patients? choice of hospital, evaluating them in terms of management discipline by conducting the views of patients receiving medical care in large scale hospitals in Ankara province.Key words: Patient?s Choice, Health Care Service, Hospital, Hospital Management.
