Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación de exportación de mermelada de yacón es un estudio de prefactibilidad fresco, si bien, hay registro de productos similares que tienen al Yacón como un producto adicional, no es tan innovador el estudio como el que hemos hecho, aparte, con la mermelada estaríamos compitiendo en un océano azul, en el cual aún no hay mucha competencia, y hay un gran potencial de mercado para comenzar en este negocio.
