Abstract

El objetivo de la presente tesis es evaluar la viabilidad del plan de negocio que se dedicará a brindar servicios de guardería con entrenamiento básico, spa, petshop y cumpleaños para perros dentro de centros comerciales en Lima Norte. Se toma como marco de referencia el contexto internacional que se encuentra más desarrollado, influenciando al mercado local. Hoy en día, existen en Perú pocos locales dogfriendly y estos servicios se encuentran dispersos. Se pudo determinar un mercado potencial en la zona norte de Lima Metropolitana de 53,903 hogares NSE B con al menos 1 perro. Además, se identificó la preferencia de consumo de los servicios ofrecidos y precio que estarían dispuestos a pagar. Para el desarrollo de la presente tesis, se propone el plan estratégico cuya propuesta de valor es “todos los servicios para tu perro en un solo lugar y con el cariño que merece”. Del análisis económico se obtiene un VAN de S/. 81, 984.92 nuevos soles y una TIR de 38.38%, considerando una tasa de descuento de 25% en un escenario moderado. De acuerdo a lo desarrollado se concluye que el presente plan de negocio es una oportunidad atractiva, que permitirá obtener retornos de inversión.
