Abstract

ÖZET Türk halkı olarak ekonomik krizlere alışmış durumdayız. Neredeyse her 10 yılda bir ciddi bir ekonomik krizle karşılaşıyoruz. Alışmış olduğumuz bu krizleri yönetmekte ve aşmakta neden zorlandığımız cevap bekleyen önemli bir sorudur. Bu çalışmanın amacı; ekonomik kriz dönemlerinde ekonomideki ve endüstri ilişkilerindeki değişimleri inceleyerek uygulanan ve yaygınlaşan politikaların etkilerini araştırarak, kriz yönetimi üzerinde durmaktır. Bu çalışmada ekonomik krizlerin endüstri ilişkilerde meydana getirdiği olumsuz etkileri belirleyerek, endüstri ilişkileri sisteminin aktörleri olan devlet, işveren ve işçi sendikalarının kriz yönetimi, krizin etkilerini en aza indirebilmeleri, krizi aşabilmeleri için yapması gerekenler belirtilmiştir. Ekonomik krizlerin sosyo - Ekonomik ve endüstri ilişkiler açısından sadece bir tehdit unsuru taşımayıp aynı zamanda fırsatlar yaratacak bir gelişme olduğunu unutmamak gerekir. Ekonomik krizler yapılan hataların, eksikliklerin, yanlışların düzeltilmesinde ve temelleri sağlam yapılanmaların meydana getirilmesinde bir başlama noktası oluşturabilir. VII

SUMMARY We are used to economical crissis a Turkish people, We have faced to serious economical crisis in about once a ten years. It is an important probien wihich must be answered that why we can't management and pass over the crises. The arm of this studyis to defermine management of crisis with researching change on economy and endustrial relation slhip and effect of politeics which is being applied and widesprod in perriod of economical crissxis. In this sutdy it is determined that, goverment, employer and trade union actor of endustrial relationship system, must make for management of crisisis, reducing effect of cris and passing over crisis perrod, with determininin the negative efgfect of economical crisis in endustrial relationship. It is to be stressed that the economical crisis aren't only a dangerous fenomen in respect of politicial and endustrial relationship, but also an developing which is forming opinion. Economical crisis can be a start point which puts in order error, deficiency and fault.
