Lejyoner hastalığının istatistiksel risk analizi

Abstract

Lejyoner Hastalığı, ilk defa 1976 yılında A.B.D.'nin Philadelphia kentinde lejyoner askerlerinde ortaya çıkmıştır.

Legionella Disease first appearred legionary soldiers in Philadelphia city of the United States in 1976. This disease is caused by the bacteria which are transmitted to the people by inhaling the water droplets in aerosol form which are spreaded out at the open-end points of water distributing systems, water tanks etc. Recently, this disease has been appeared in many countries including Turkey. In this study, Legionella diseases in Turkey were investigated according to both regional (city, building type, sample points) and affecting factors (water temperature and water chlorine amount). The related hypothesisses are tested by using SPSS 15.0. In this study Kolmogrov-Simirnov Test, Cruscal Wallis Analyze and Correlation Analysis were used for data analysis. Furthermore, Cluster of Legionella Bacteria Colony Numbers was investigated with Self Organizing Map Analysis by using MATLAB 5.0 Program SOM Toolbox. Our aim is to examined the Legionella events occurred between 1995 and 2008 in Turkey.
