Doğu Akdeniz Bölgesi'nde turuçgil nematodu (Tylenchulus semipenetrans Cobb.) ırklarının belirlenmesi

Abstract

In this study, the reproductive potentials of fifteen citrus nematode {Tylenchulus semipenetrans Cobb) population, collected from East Mediterranean Region of Turkey, were compared on three different hosts (olive, sour orange and poncirus) between 2003-2004. 5000 juvenile/plant were inoculated in order to determine citrus nematode biotype in 6 months. Roots and soil nematode numbers were evaulated after inoculation. Osmaniye,Dörtyol and islahiye populations were identified as the citrus biotype. Twelve population were identified as the Mediterranean biotype. In this study Poncirus biotype of Citrus nematode was not found.
