La propina voluntaria vs el servicio al cliente

Abstract

La propina voluntaria es una remuneración económica reconocida por el cliente debido a la atención recibida por un servicio y/o producto. El servicio al Cliente es el conjunto de actividades que ofrece una organización con el fin de que el cliente reciba una buena atención en el momento adecuado. Con esto se busca establecer la relación entre la propina voluntaria incluida en la factura de compra y el servicio prestado por estas organizaciones; la atención recibida por los clientes debe ser quien genere o cuantifique el monto de esa propina, por esto las empresas deben tener en cuenta las expectativas que tiene el cliente al momento de recibir el servicio.
