The company without employees is death. Company without satisfied employees does not function desirability. From this fact derives our field research of this paper shed. In our work we discussed about dimensions of employee satisfaction and organizational climate and how employees feel satisfaction and organizational climate in the company X. Because we were interested in extending knowledge about the organizational climate and employee satisfaction, the relationship between those factors and to understand better this topic on a case study, we divided this paper shed into several parts. First, we theoretically described the key concepts within organizational climate and characteristic properties that affect on employee satisfaction and organizational climate. In the empirical part we have observed how the dimensions (interpersonal relations, communication between employees, leadership, working conditions) affect on employee satisfaction and organizational climate in the company X. For this purpose, we used a structured interview, which we have done with seven employees who work in company X. The theoretical explanation related with our findings, because the results showed that in the company X the interpersonal relations, communication between employees and the working conditions, are the most important factors of the employee satisfaction and organizational climate and employees give them a strong emphasis about their satisfaction and consequently organizational climate. Results that we obtained showed that the company employees are satisfied and also the organizational climate in the company X is advantageous and desirable.
