Brezposelnost mladih terciarno izobraženih v Goriški regiji

Abstract

Magistrska naloga je namenjena podrobnejšemu raziskovanju brezposelnosti terciarno izobražene mladine iz goriške regije ter njihove (ne)aktivnosti pri procesu iskanja zaposlitve na trgu delovne sile. V prvem delu podrobneje preučimo teoretična izhodišča, kjer predstavimo ključne pojme brezposelnosti terciarno izobražene mladine, ki smo jih definirali s pomočjo različnih avtorjev in že opravljenih raziskav na to temo, kar pomeni, da smo s tem še dodatno obogatili magistrsko nalogo. Najprej predstavimo vpliv sodobne, postmoderne družbe na življenje mladih, kjer izpostavimo tudi pojme, ki imajo velik vpliv na mlade, in sicer individualizacija, socialna izključenost ter socialni, kulturni in ekonomski kapital. V nadaljevanju predstavimo tudi prehod mladih terciarno izobraženih iz izobraževanja v sfero dela, brezposelnost terciarno izobražene mladine, dejavnike, ki vplivajo na hitrost prehoda iz izobraževanja v sfero dela ter metode iskanja zaposlitve. Za konec teoretičnega dela predstavimo še trg dela za mlade terciarno izobražene. Drugi del naloge sestavlja empirični del, kjer predstavimo rezultate in ključne ugotovitve kvantitativne raziskave. Ugotovili smo, da se brezposelni terciarno izobraženi mladi iz goriške regije, ne glede na neugodno situacijo na trgu dela ter ne glede na dejavnike, ki vplivajo na njihovo brezposelnost, še naprej trudijo in vztrajajo, da bi vstopili na trg delovne sile. Zavedajo se, da morajo biti čim bolj samostojno aktivni na vseh področjih, ki jih zahteva proces iskanja zaposlitve, saj je to njihova edina možnost, ki jim omogoča hitrejši in lažji prehod na trg dela ter pridobitev zaposlitve.
