In this research the topic of an Open Web is analyzed. With analyzing and comparing different definitions we present the current state of Internet openness. Problems that could prevent the existence of an Open Web are also presented. Analysis of the topic is dealt by technological as well as social perspective. Practical examples demonstrate the development solution whose are essential in maintaining the openness of the Web during the transition to mobile devices. The result of research is improved definition of an Open Web. Guidelines and solutions for further development as well as the risks that may limit the freedom and openness on the internet are also provided in the research.
V nalogi je obravnavana tematika odprtega spleta. Z analizo in primerjavo definicij je identificirano trenutno stanje odprtosti spleta. Podani so tudi problemi, ki onemogočajo obstoj odprtega spleta. Celotna analiza tematike je obravnavana s strani tehnološkega kot tudi družbenega vidika. Na praktičnem primeru so prikazane razvojne rešitve, ki so ključne pri ohranjanju odprtosti ob prehodu na mobilne naprave. Predstavljena je tudi izboljšana definicija odprtega spleta in smernice ter rešitve za nadaljnji razvoj kot tudi nevarnosti, ki lahko omejijo svobodo ter odprtost na internetu
