Tveganje pri razvoju novega izdelka

Abstract

Opisana je metoda FMEA in Ishikawa diagram oziroma diagram ribje kosti. Predstavljeni so tudi rezultati izvedbe metode FMEA in diagrama ribje kosti.

The thesis presents the product life cycle in which there are certain risks. Quality assurance is one of the most important features in product development, so preventive methods are used to prevent errors an ensure quality. The FMEA method and Ishikawa diagram or fish bone diagram are described in the thesis. The results of the FMEA method and the fish bone diagram are also presented.
