Barreras del flujo de trabajo en la construcción

Abstract

Esta tesis desarrolla un trabajo de investigación en cuanto a la productividad de la mano de obra dentro de la construcción, y analiza cuáles son las barreras del flujo de trabajo en la misma. Del mismo modo contiene la aplicación de diferentes métodos de medición que varían en sus resultados y análisis, y a partir de los cuales se hacen evidentes las áreas de mejora dentro de una obra, para así lograr modificaciones y mejoras de la productividad. Así mismo, se abordan y generan temas que permiten generar propuestas de mejora para aumentar la productividad. Se utilizaron los siguientes métodos de medición: • Medición de actividades: en base a la observación y recorrido por el sitio. • Método del retraso de la productividad: en base a la observación y mediciones por cuadrilla. • Encuestas de Detenciones: encuesta a los encargados de cuadrilla. El resultado general de las mediciones muestra la cantidad de tiempo perdido o de actividades que no agregan valor a la obra, y en base a esto se pudieran tomar decisiones respecto a la modificación de cuadrillas, de la conformación de la obra, así como la ubicación de instalaciones para personal o bodegas
