La lesividad : ¿Violatoria del derecho fundamental de seguridad jurídica?
La tesis que sustentamos, tiene como finalidad primordial, examinar si la figura jurídica de la lesividad resulta ser contraria o no al derecho fundamental de seguridad jurídica de los gobernados, derecho fundamental que es reconocido y tutelado por la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos a favor de estos últimos.
