Abstract

El estudio del caso “Proyecto Naranja” muestra la alianza comercial entre dos empresas y como el manejo de la información hacia dentro de la organización puede llegar a repercutir en los diferentes tipos de públicos de los que ésta está conformada. Es una invitación a analizar cómo se llevó a cabo la comunicación y sugiere una serie de propuestas estratégicas de cómo haciendo mano de una buena planeación se podría haber realizado la fusión con el menor de los impactos en la operación.
