Abstract

El Sargento Primero "A" fue separado de sus actividades tras conocer su seropositividad al VIH el 26 de Agosto de 1999 argumentando inutilidad para el servicio de las armas, suspendiendo también los servicios médicos para él y su familia. La Secretaria de la Defensa Nacional en México se preguntó si se pudo resolver este caso de manera diferente.
