Abstract

Se realizó la investigación sobre los productos y servicios que ofrece un Banco global a los clientes corporativos para optimizar la estructura de sus procesos de Tesorería (cobranza, pagos y conciliaciones) a través del uso de los beneficios que Payments and Cash management (PCM-Productos de Banca en línea) brinda a sus clientes a fin de validar si contribuyen a conseguir la confianza a la institución logrando su incorporación a estas plataformas globales. El objetivo de esta investigación es conocer los antecedentes que existen en México sobre Cash management y la forma en que logrando productos y servicios de calidad en este rubro se puede contribuir a obtener la confianza de los clientes corporativos en un banco global y con esto colaborar a la mejora en ingresos del Banco.
