Aguas minerales del Perú (Primera Parte) - [Boletín D 1]

Abstract

El informe recoge el panorama hidrológico en materia de aguas del país, a partir del análisis y viajes de reconocimiento realizados durante el período de 1940-1968. Está organizado en dos partes. La primera parte muestra una tipología de aguas: aguas superficiales, aguas subterráneas y aguas de infiltración, determinándose su origen, generalidades, evaporación y retención de aguas. La segunda parte muestra una clasificación y agrupamiento de aguas, según familias, de acuerdo a sus principales características. Incluye un pequeño estudio químico-mineralógico de cada elemento o radical más común encontrado en las aguas analizadas. Se anota que las distintas configuraciones del suelo y del subsuelo determinan el comportamiento de las aguas, tanto en superficie como en el interior del terreno. En cuanto a la certificación del análisis de aguas , se muestran las diferentes pruebas realizadas en dos casos: la Laguna de Huacachina en Ica y la Laguna de Boza en Huaral. Se expone una clasificación química de agua minerales en 24 grupos por familias, cuya aplicación y comportamiento terapéutico, varían según su molaridad. Se brindan generalidades sobre los elementos más comunes determinados en las aguas minerales del Perú: Ion Sodio, Ion Potasio, Ion Litio, Ion Amonio, Ion Magnesio, Ion Calcio, Ion Manganeso, Ion Fierro Ion Aluminio, Ion Cloro, Ion Nitrato, Ion Nitrito, Ion Iodo, Ion Bromo, Ion Fosfato, Ion Carbonato, Ion Bicarbonato, Ion Sulfato, Ion Silicico, Ion Bórico, Ion Carbónico y Ion Sufhídrico. El propósito de la obra es vincular los aspectos químicos con los aspectos médico-medicinales.
