Abstract

La congresista de la República Nelly Cuadros Candía, mediante Oficio N°0827-2018-2019/NLCC-CR, de fecha 25 de enero de 2018 solicitó al INGEMMET una evaluación técnica de peligros geológicos en el sector Tawantinsuyo Lobo. El INGEMMET, por intermedio de la Dirección de Geología Ambiental y Riesgo Geológico comisiono a los profesionales Dulio Gómez Velásquez y Mauricio Nuñez Peredo, especialistas en gestión de riesgos geológicos, para realizar la evaluaciones técnica en el sector, el cual se realizó el 21 de febrero de 2019, previa coordinación con personal del Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil INDECI y autoridades locales. La evaluación técnica, se basa en la recopilación y análisis de información existente de trabajos anterior realizados por el Ingemmet, la interpretación de imágenes satelitales, preparación de mapas para trabajos de campo, toma de datos (fotografía y GPS), cartografiado y redacción de informe preliminar.
