Abstract

Presenta el Proyecto Pilcuyo, el cual propone el uso intensivo y racional de los recursos de agua y tierra tendientes a incrementar la producción y el nivel de vida de los pobladores, a través de la incorporación al riego de tierras con aptitud agrícola que están sub-ocupadas con una agricultura de secano y netamente de autoconsumo.
