Normatividad colombiana en los vertimientos hospitalarios: impactos ambientales y de salud pública, Bogotá, 2016

Abstract

El proceso de investigación que da origen al presente trabajo, se mueve fundamentalmente en la inquietud de destacar, a través de ésta, las actuaciones requeridas para prevenir, controlar y mitigar los impactos ambientales y sanitarios que se derivan de un inadecuado manejo de vertimientos hospitalarios en Colombia, teniendo en cuenta y respondiendo a determinados componentes de análisis que permitan ser aplicados a investigaciones similares y prioritarias, aportando una metodología de análisis y desarrollo, basada en análisis de información, que permita llegar a planteamientos concretos y pertinentes para un análisis desde la salud pública. Realizar una revisión de la normatividad vigente colombiana que regula la gestión de los vertimientos hospitalarios con el fin de evaluar las normas que regulan los vertimientos hospitalarios y determinar su impacto en la salud pública y ambiental. Se realizó un análisis de la normatividad colombiana comparándola a nivel de países suramericanos, Centro-Norteamérica, europeos y asiático en donde pretendemos identificar avances y /o retrocesos de la normatividad colombiana frente a la normatividad Internacional.
