Abstract

El Consejo profesional de Administración de Empresas en uso de sus atribuciones legales adopta el Código de ética profesional de Administración de Empresas, que será de obligatorio cumplimiento de conformidad con la ley 60 de 1981 y su decreto reglamentario 2718 de 1984. El administrador de empresas ejercerá la profesión y las actividades que ella se deriven con decoro dignidad e integridad manteniendo los principios éticos por encima de sus intereses personales y de los de su empresa. Aplicará en forma leal recta y digna las filosofías teorías técnicas y principios administrativos objeto de su profesión, realizando su actividad profesional con la mayor diligencia, veracidad, buena fe y sentido de la responsabilidad, respetando en forma estricta y recta su juramento de graduación. Mantendrá el secreto profesional como norma de conducta de todas sus actuaciones relacionadas con su ejercicio profesional, a no ser que haya autorización de las partes involucradas para divulgar información. El administrador no garantizará los resultados de su gestión que estén más allá de lo que se puede predecir con objetividad, aceptando solo el trabajo que esté en capacidad de desarrollar en forma satisfactoria y responsable.

The Professional Council of Business Administration, in use of its legal powers, adopts the Code of Professional Ethics for Business Administration, which will be mandatory in accordance with Law 60 of 1981 and its regulatory decree 2718 of 1984. The business administrator will exercise the profession and the activities that it derives with decorum, dignity and integrity, maintaining ethical principles above their personal interests and those of their company. He will apply in a loyal, straight and dignified way the philosophies, technical theories and administrative principles object of his profession, carrying out his professional activity with the greatest diligence, truthfulness, good faith and sense of responsibility, strictly and correctly respecting his graduation oath. He will maintain professional secrecy as a rule of conduct for all his actions related to his professional practice, unless there is authorization from the parties involved to disclose information. The administrator will not guarantee the results of his management that are beyond what can be objectively predicted, accepting only the work that he is able to develop satisfactorily and responsibly.
