El Sindicalismo

Abstract

In the agricultural sector, there are also movements of workers and peasants in the agricultural sector that are organized to defend their rights and seek comprehensive change, their social, economic, cultural and political liberation. Today, having achieved notable advances in terms of freedoms and rights, it is up to trade union organizations to actively participate in development planning, directing it towards strengthening agro-industry, the stability of companies, the removal of productive time, in order to obtain for the worker peasants a larger share in the benefits of progress. We must clarify that partisan political interference is often in the name of a party or extreme of another party, we consider them counterproductive, this due to the lack of philosophy of the unions themselves, for example the banana unions of Urabá.
