Abstract

Este proyecto fue realizado por un Ingeniero de Sistemas con especialización en ingeniería de software y auditoria de Sistemas, funcionario de la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Tolima, donde investigo sobre el instrumento económico de la Tasa Retributiva y desarrollo el modelo para el cobro de la Tasa retributiva y el indicador de calidad del agua como determinante para el buen uso de la metas de descontaminación y objetivos de calidad.
