Abstract

Esta investigación de tipo cualitativa, con alcance exploratorio, tuvo como objetivo elaborar un proyecto de intervención bajo el ciclo cibernético de transformación, orientado al diseño de una estrategia pedagógica, para promover el conocimiento y goce efectivo de la sexualidad, de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos desde el enfoque integrador, en estudiantes universitarios. Este enfoque, permite fortalecer el desarrollo personal, y la capacidad de las personas para ejercer sus derechos sexuales y reproductivos en cualquier contexto en que se desarrolle, alejándose de la visión tradición de prevención del riesgo. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 70 participantes, de ellos, el 44% fueron estudiantes universitarios, el 29% profesionales graduados y el 27% profesionales con posgrado. La selección de la muestra fue no probabilística por conveniencia, la información fue recolectada a través de una encuesta enviada de manera virtual y el análisis de datos se realizó mediante el programa Excel. Como principales hallazgos, se identificó, que el 67% de participantes no ha recibido ningún tipo de formación sobre derechos sexuales y reproductivos dentro de su desarrollo profesional, el 53% no conoce cuales son los derechos sexuales y reproductivos, el 62% no sabe cómo identificar cuando estos derechos son vulnerados y el 60% no conoce las rutas de atención en caso se presentarse violencia de género o la vulneración de algún derecho sexual o reproductivo, entre otros. Como propuesta de intervención, se elaboró un diplomado, cuyo objetivo es promover el conocimiento y el goce efectivo de la sexualidad y de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos desde el enfoque integrador, su duración es de 120 horas, distribuida en 4 módulos, al finalizar el estudiante tendrá diferentes competencias que le permitirán la toma de decisiones seguras y autónomas, en la expresión y vivencia de la sexualidad a partir del conocimiento de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos.

The present qualitative research, with an exploratory scope, aimed to develop an intervention project aimed at the design of a pedagogical strategy, to promote knowledge and effective enjoyment of sexuality, sexual and reproductive rights from an integrative approach, in college students. This approach allows to strengthen personal development, and the ability of people to exercise their sexual and reproductive rights in any context in which it is developed, moving away from the traditional vision of risk prevention. The sample consisted of 70 participants, of whom 44% were university students, 29% graduated professionals and 27% graduated professionals. The selection of the sample was non-probabilistic for convenience, the information was collected through a survey sent virtually and the data analysis was carried out using the Excel program. As main findings, it was identified that 67% of participants have never received any type of training on sexual and reproductive rights within their professional development, 53% do not know what sexual and reproductive rights are, 62% do not know how identify when these rights are being violated and 60% do not know the routes of attention in the event of gender violence or the violation of any sexual or reproductive right, among others. As an intervention proposal, a diploma course was developed, whose objective is to promote the knowledge and effective enjoyment of sexuality and sexual and reproductive rights from the integrative approach, its duration is 120 hours, distributed in 4 modules, at the end of the The student will have different competences that will allow him to make safe and autonomous decisions, in the expression and experience of sexuality based on the knowledge of sexual and reproductive rights.
