İmalat sektöründe verimlilik ve reel ücret ilişkisi: Bir koentegrasyon analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de imalat sektöründe emek verimliliği ile reel ücretler arasında nasıl bir ilişki bulunduğu incelenmiştir. Değişkenler arasındaki uzun dönem denge ilişkisini görmek için koentegrasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Uzun dönem dengesinden kısa dönemde ortaya çıkan sapmaların etkisi ise vektör hata düzeltme modeli kullanılarak irdelenmiştir. Sonuçları daha iyi yorumlayabilmek amacıyla ayrıca etki-tepki (impulse response) fonksiyonları da hesaplanmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlar emek verimliliği ile reel ücretler arasında uzun dönemli bir denge ilişkisinin bulunduğunu göstermektedir.
