Türkiye'de istihdam dinamiklerine ilişkin nedensellik analizi

Abstract

Türkiye'de İstihdam Dinamiklerine İlişkin Nedensellik AnaliziÜretim süreçlerinin uluslararası işbölümü çerçevesinde bölümlenerek yeniden şekillendiği günümüzde, yurtiçi üretim yapıları ve işgücü piyasalarının da -döviz kuru ve dış ticaret akımları başta olmak üzere- küresel dinamiklerden etkilenmeleri kaçınılmaz olmaktadır. Toplam arz ve toplam talep dinamikleri ile para, döviz kuru ve maliye politikası göstergelerini kapsayan bir teorik model çerçevesinde reel döviz kuru, istihdam hacmi, para arzı ve kamu harcamaları arasındaki nedensellik ilişkilerini Ocak 2005 - Aralık 2009 dönemini konu alarak değerlendirmekteyiz. Elde ettiğimiz bulgular, ülkemizde tarım istihdamı ile maliye politikaları arasında karşılıklı bir nedensellik ilişkisinin varlığını ortaya koyarken; enerji Ş yatları, para ve maliye politikalarından tarım dışı istihdam hacmine yönelik olarak çalışan nedensellik ilişkilerine işaret etmektedir.
