This article presents the concept of evaluation as a catalyst to improve both the learning process of students and the teaching effectiveness of teachers. In response to the analysis of various existing evaluation processes for assigning a grade (not necessarily numerical), it intends to develop an original model that enables both the teacher and the student to critically understand educational achievement through assessment of cultural and artistic competences.
