Manifestandose cómo conductas evitativas y disruptivas que dificultan el manejo durante los tratamientos en el gabinete. La valoración del grado de ansiedad en las primeras visitas de pacientes pediátricos ayuda de gran manera a determinar las técnicas de manejo que se deben aplicar en cada caso, para conseguir la realización del tratamiento odontológico idóneo a la patología dental presentada por el paciente. El objetivo principal del estudio será evaluar si la visualización de un video explicativo de la primera visita influye en la ansiedad dental.
