Abstract

El objetivo del presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) fue diseñar una propuesta de entrenamiento en seco para la mejora del rendimiento en la prueba de velocidad de un nadador de 2ª división de estilo libre (50m) en la pretemporada. Para poder desarrollar esta propuesta se elaboró un marco teórico, cuyo enfoque principal fue esencialmente defender el rol clave y fundamental de la biomecánica para elaborar una buena planificación de la preparación física fuera del agua. Se determinó la influencia del entrenamiento en seco en el rendimiento de la natación, tanto en las fases cíclicas del nado de crol como en las acíclicas de salida y viraje. Para ello, se identificaron los factores físicos y biomecánicos del estilo libre principales en el rendimiento. Se analizaron con detalle las fases de la prueba donde el velocista aplica fuerza y después, se establecieron las pautas básicas de trabajo específico para cada una de ellas. Una vez terminado el marco teórico, se desarrolla la propuesta teniendo en cuenta los hipotéticos resultados obtenidos en una evaluación inicial, y por tanto en función de las necesidades y déficits del nadador, se eligieron los tipos de ejercicios, de trabajo y de manifestación de la fuerza más convenientes para mejorar su marca en la prueba.

This end-of-career work will focus on strength training for children and adolescents. This topic has been chosen to gain more knowledge, due to the professional approach that is to be obtained in the future. The aim is to understand how this training should be, discarding methods that are not effective and tackling methods that do have scientific support. The work will consist mainly of a bibliographical review and a proposal for practical application will also be made. The proposal will not be carried out due to lack of time and people to perform it. It will be left as a future path of application. The work has to be used to verify how effective a strength training program for children and adolescent can be. Find out what to consider, to perform a training program effectively. With scientific-based support, gain knowledge about the benefits of strength training for these age groups. Finally, which types of training can be performed and which are contraindicated.
