Kamu harcamaları, kamu gelirleri ve GSYH ilişkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada kamu harcamaları, kamu gelirleri ve Gayri Safi Yurtiçi Hasıla arasında nedensellik ilişkileri analiz edilmektedir. Bu amaçla, analizde 1994:Q1 – 2019:Q4 dönemi için Johansen eşbütünleşme testi ve Vektör Hata Düzeltme Modeli kullanılarak söz konusu değişkenler arasında nedensellik ilişkileri analiz edilmektedir. Ampirik sonuçlar, kamu harcamaları ile kamu gelirleri arasında mali senkronizasyon hipotezini destekleyen çift yönlü nedensellik ilişkisi olduğunu göstermektedir. GSYH'den kamu harcamalarına doğru tek yönlü ve güçlü bir nedensellik ilişkisi bulunmaktadır ama kısa dönemde kamu harcamalarından GSYH'ye doğru bir ilişki görülmemektedir.
