Jurisdicción coactiva en el impuesto predial unificado I.P.U del municipio de Piojo

Abstract

Todo Municipio colombiano, después del proceso de descentralización política administrativa y fiscal entra hacer el directo responsable de la prestación de los servicios públicos municipales, los cuales a su vez deben ser financiados por el mismo, a través de Impuestos, Tasas, Tarifas, Contribuciones, Multas y las Transferencias que del impuesto al valor agregado reciba de la nación. Excluyendo las transferencias del IVA las demás fuentes de financiación se llaman rentas ordinarias de los Municipios que son exigencias económicas que el Municipio, pide a sus asociados para el financiamiento de la administración, su desarrollo y la prestación de los servicios públicos. La obligatoriedad de los impuestos guarda analogía directa con el recargo forzoso de los mismos por la vía de Jurisdicción Coactiva.
