Abstract

In recent years, unemployment rates have risen quite considerably. We are in a changing society in which the lack of opportunities has become more evident; In addition to that, life today is more urban than rural, so most of the population is within a city, not in the countryside as 25 or 30 years ago, where perhaps the situation was a little easier since everything was within easy reach of the human being. The objective of this article is to interpret what are the pronouncements of the constitutional court on street vendors This research is justified because it is necessary to know a little more in depth about informal employment as its causes, in how it is immersed violation of Human Rights, The methodology used in this article is the historical hermeneutic research paradigm, with a qualitative approach, the inductive method, the descriptive type of research. The main conclusion is that labor informality known as informal work in Colombia is that which is carried out outside the regulatory framework of the State, such as that which takes place in small productive units, such as companies with up to five workers, which generally does not count. with social protection and suffers from the minimum required by the regulations that constitute the Fundamental Right to work.
